To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have legal authority to enter into this agreement

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All content posted through your ad accounts
• Compliance with TikTok and Snapchat advertising policies
• Maintaining sufficient account balance for ad spending
• Ensuring your advertising content is legal and ethical
• Not engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Violate any platform policies or terms of service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to access others' accounts without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SCALEMIND services are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events without liability.

Limitation of Liability

SCALEMIND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCALEMIND from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account by contacting us with 30 days notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai before litigation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
